BIOLUMINESCENT BAY KAYAK

Maximum Weight Limit: Maximum Weight Limit: 240 lbs per person (no exceptions) and 425 lbs combined for two people, with no participants exceeding the 240 lbs limit.

Minimum Age: 6 years old | Participants Ages 6-13 must be accompanied by an adult on the same kayak | Participants Ages 14-17 must have an adult participating on the tour.

The following guests cannot participate:

• Pregnant women
• Guests with recent surgeries
• Guests with neck, back, arm or leg problems or casts
• Guests who have epilepsy, heart conditions and/or dizziness

• Bathing Suit underneath Clothing
• Bug Spray
• Towels
• Waterproof Phone cases
• No Valuables

Tour Times:

1st Slot 6:15Pm -8:30PM

2nd slot 8:30pm to 10:30pm

Hotel pick up times depend on location

Any reserved guests who do not meet the excursion requirements on the day of the activity will not be permitted to participate.
There are no refunds or credits issued for non-compliance with safety restrictions outlined on our website, booking platform, waivers, or in this confirmation.

STANDARD POLICY

• Cancellations or changes made 72 hours or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in, late arrivals, or “no-shows” will be fully charged.
• All cancellations must be made directly with Puerto Rico Tour Outlet via phone or email.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

• All excursions are rain or shine.
• The Puerto Rico Tour Outlet team will determine if a tour must be canceled due to weather for safety reasons.
• Guests who choose not to attend due to weather without official cancellation will still be charged.
• In the event of cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives such as rescheduling, booking a different tour, or issuing a full refund.
• Due to the unpredictable nature of Caribbean weather, cancellations may occur on-site on the same day.
