ATV 2-HOUR TOUR

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Drivers must be at least 16 years old and must bring a physical valid driver’s license.
• Passengers must be at least 16 years of age and must have proof of age.
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by someone 18 or older.
• 450 pounds combined weight limit for each ATV.

WHO CAN NOT PARTICIPATE

• Pregnant women
• Those with heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure
• Those with back, neck, knee surgeries or other physical conditions
• Those with motion sickness or dizziness
• Those with any neurological problem

• A physical valid Driver’s license
• Cellular to take pictures
• Sunscreen
• Bathing suit
• Cash for our Tropical Bar at Mameyes river stop

• Closed toe shoes
• Long or short pants

Tour times: 9:30AM, 12:30PM, 2:30PM

Pick up times will vary on hotel Location

STANDARD POLICY

• Cancellations or changes made 72 hours or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in, late arrivals, or “no-shows” will be fully charged.
• All cancellations must be made directly with Puerto Rico Tour Outlet via phone or email.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

• All excursions are rain or shine.
• The Puerto Rico Tour Outlet team will determine if a tour must be canceled due to weather for safety reasons.
• Guests who choose not to attend due to weather without official cancellation will still be charged.
• In the event of cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives such as rescheduling, booking a different tour, or issuing a full refund.
• Due to the unpredictable nature of Caribbean weather, cancellations may occur on-site on the same day.
