STANDARD POLICY
- Cancellations or changes made 72 hours or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in, late arrivals, or “no-shows” will be fully charged.
- All cancellations must be made directly with Puerto Rico Tour Outlet via phone or email.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
- All excursions are rain or shine.
- The Puerto Rico Tour Outlet team will determine if a tour must be canceled due to weather for safety reasons.
- Guests who choose not to attend due to weather without official cancellation will still be charged.
- In the event of cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives such as rescheduling, booking a different tour, or issuing a full refund.
Due to the unpredictable nature of Caribbean weather, cancellations may occur on-site on the same day.
